Deposit amount not credited in game account

I made a withdrawal on 14 June at 6:24 AM, amount 20503, but the amount has not been received in my bank account.

The transaction history shows a successful withdrawal.

I contacted customer support and also sent a bank statement, but no reply was received.

I will also file a official complaint to crucial officials as they are your licensing partner and I will tag them as well as you are brand ambassadors.

My baterybet account < sent to the casino >has been blocked and I am not able to withdraw money. Also not able to deposit and also no able to place a bet. When I placed a request they said me to give the photo of myself with my id and date and recent chat with the administration. Then they told me to wait for 72 hours again they asked me more documents like gas bill bank statement and pan card and selfie of myself and told me to wait for 48 hours but no response came again. I request askgamblers team to resolve my issue of withdrawal. Please help me. My withdrawal of 46070 rupees is stuck.

My issue : From 16th may my I'd is been blocked for deposit and withdrawal I have raised request to admin customer support started verification process I have submitted all the documents on 17th may they said it will take 72 hours I have waited for 72 hours and they asked more further verification I have submitted that also. I made a withdrawal request of ₹11,362 INR on 9 April 2026 (night).

On 11 April 2026, the status was changed to "Successful".

However, till today (21 April 2026), the amount has not been credited to my UPI/Bank account.

The current status in the app is showing "Processing".

I have contacted support multiple times, and they are only saying "Processing mein hai" with no payment reference, ARN, or timeline. bank statement password (151020048625870976)

I would like to file a complaint against BateryBet regarding an unreasonable delay in my account verification and lack of communication.

I raised a request on March 27 (Request No: 22305695) because I was unable to place bets on my account. Since then, I have fully cooperated with the platform and submitted every document they requested.

The documents I submitted include:

• ID Card

• Selfie holding ID with current date

• Bank statement (PDF)

• UPI app proof showing my name and number

• Bank statement confirming my deposits

• Voter ID

• Additional documents as requested

I have made only 6 deposits on my account, all genuine and from my side:

• January 25 – ₹10,000

• January 25 – ₹4,837

• January 25 – ₹305.60

• February 3 – ₹5,600

• February 3 – ₹5,360

• February 4 – ₹11,293

Initially, while I was submitting documents, the support team responded within 5–8 hours. However, after I submitted all the required documents, they suddenly stopped responding.

It has now been over 20 days, and there has been no proper update. Additionally, there has been no response in the request section for the past 5 days.

I also contacted their email support, but I received only generic replies that do not address my issue.

This behaviour is highly concerning, as it appears that the verification process is being unnecessarily delayed despite full cooperation from my side.

Due to this issue, my account remains restricted, I am unable to place bets, and I am unable to use my funds properly

I kindly request that AskGamblers intervene and help resolve this issue by completing my verification and restoring full access to my account

I am ready to provide any additional proof if required.
