Sir my daily withdrawal limit is only Rs 1000 in my account I have4 89000 something how I withdrawal my all funds.

Please help. I uploaded every document they ask my account is already verified but still they did not allow me to all more than 1000 rupees daily.

Please help I am uploading all the screenshot for bro please check.

Withdrawal not received in bank for more than a week

I have made a withdrawal of 5190 on 15th of June and another withdrawal of 3325 on 25th of June. In the payout section it's showing completed but I have not yet received the funds in my account. I have also raise a complaint with Batery Bet Support but they keep on saying provider is not responding and will have to wait. It is batery beta responsibility to resolve my issue, the provider is their responsibility. I am a customer of batery bet and my money is stuck for so many days, I need some solution and I need my money back, this is not a joke. Batery has to make sure that this issues are resolved at the earliest.

I have attached bank statement from 15th June to 29th June.

I have deposited the amount of 8000 from the baterybet site. The amount was deducted from my bank account but not credited to my game account.

The amount was deducted on 6/6/26 still not been credited to my game account.

locked my withdrawal section with Error Code 101

Hi Askgamblers Team,

I am facing a severe issue with my fully verified Batery account. My withdrawal section has been suddenly locked with "Error Code 101" right after I won a 13-fold multi-selection bet with 99 odds.

My current safe balance in the account is ₹1,08,070. I have already completed my 100% KYC verification previously, and my older smaller withdrawal of ₹10,000 was processed smoothly.

I contacted Batery support via Ticket №23763725. For the last 24 hours, they have been repeating automated text messages. When I emailed them, they asked me to open a request under "Question for the Admin". But when I submitted it, they instantly closed that request (Request №23783669) within 4 minutes telling me to wait for the old ticket. They are running in loops and intentionally blocking my money.

Note: Your portal attachment system threw an error while uploading files, so I am submitting this without attachments. However, I have all the proofs (Balance screen, Error 101, admin ticket close screen, and ticket limit block) ready and will upload them in the comments section as soon as this ticket opens.

BateryBet Casino - Unable to withdraw money

My baterybet account < sent to the casino >has been blocked and I am not able to withdraw money. Also not able to deposit and also no able to place a bet. When I placed a request they said me to give the photo of myself with my id and date and recent chat with the administration. Then they told me to wait for 72 hours again they asked me more documents like gas bill bank statement and pan card and selfie of myself and told me to wait for 48 hours but no response came again. I am filing a formal complaint against BateryBet regarding a severe delay in manual account verification and an ongoing withdrawal restriction on my funds.
On May 13, 2026, after achieving a winning streak that brought my account balance to ₹70,000 INR, my account was restricted from placing bets, making deposits, or accessing withdrawals. I immediately opened an internal support ticket, registered under Request №23299208.
The administration requested specific manual verification documents: a clear photo of my physical identity document (PAN Card), a selfie holding my ID alongside a handwritten note of the current date, and a photo of my physical ID lying next to my mobile device showing this live administrator chat window. I provided all three requested photos exactly as instructed.
At 18:15 on May 13, the administration explicitly replied to me stating: "Thank you, your documents have been accepted. Please kindly return to this Request in three days (72 hours) to learn about the verification results."
The promised 72-hour review window has officially expired today, May 16, 2026. Despite my outreach, the administration has gone completely silent, refusing to provide the results or unlock my profile. My withdrawal option remains "Temporarily Unavailable." I have fully cooperated with their security protocols and supplied genuine government identification. I request that BateryBet immediately complete this verification review and release my ₹70,000 balance so I can proceed with my payouts.
