My id no is 67361750, the request id no. is 17528512, I was using batery bet app, they put restrictions on my id, I am not able to deposit withdraw or bet on any event. I raised the request on 5-7-25. They asked me to verify my account and asked me for documents which I provided them. They asked for 72 hrs and then further asked for more documents, which again I provided. They asked for 48 hrs, but it's been 5-6 days, they haven’t yet replied back and not even responding to my messages anymore. Pls look into it.
