50000 and 27320 other withdrawal not payed

Hi

I have raised a withdrawal request of rs 50000 through Batery app on 26.05.2025 which is not received till today i.e. 10.06.2025

For almost 16 days Batery support has been fooling me that they are Working on my request

But nothing is happening they are just copy pasting the common reply which they send to everyone

Further yesterday

They have also marked my

9500,7500,6200 and 4120 withdrawal as success which also i have not received till date and Batery app bas marked it as a success

Please help me sir

I am a single wage earner in my family

And these 50000 rs and 27320 other withdrawal mean a lot to me

My home loan isn’t laments are due

My family expenses are on hold

Please help me get my money back

Read their review they have stolen the money of many poor people

SINCE UTR NUMBER ALSO CONTAINS BANK NAME

BATERY APP HAS BOT GIVEN THE BANK NAME FROM WHICH THEY HAVE SENT THE PAYMENT NOT THE PERSON NAME NOR THE ACCOUNT NO FROM WHICH THEU HAVE SENT THE PAYMENT

THEY GAVE THE UTR NO FOR MY 7500 rs withdrawal as well which was ultimately found with Batery app and they returned it back on the basia is of my several complaints

So I request you to help me and get my 9500 from these Batery people

Dear AskGamblers Complaint Team,
I am filing a formal complaint against BateryBet regarding a severe delay in manual account verification and an ongoing withdrawal restriction on my funds.
On May 13, 2026, after achieving a winning streak that brought my account balance to ₹70,000 INR, my account was restricted from placing bets, making deposits, or accessing withdrawals. I immediately opened an internal support ticket, registered under Request №23299208.
The administration requested specific manual verification documents: a clear photo of my physical identity document (PAN Card), a selfie holding my ID alongside a handwritten note of the current date, and a photo of my physical ID lying next to my mobile device showing this live administrator chat window. I provided all three requested photos exactly as instructed.
At 18:15 on May 13, the administration explicitly replied to me stating: "Thank you, your documents have been accepted. Please kindly return to this Request in three days (72 hours) to learn about the verification results."
The promised 72-hour review window has officially expired today, May 16, 2026. Despite my outreach, the administration has gone completely silent, refusing to provide the results or unlock my profile. My withdrawal option remains "Temporarily Unavailable." I have fully cooperated with their security protocols and supplied genuine government identification. I request that BateryBet immediately complete this verification review and release my ₹70,000 balance so I can proceed with my payouts.

Complaint Regarding Deposits not credited by BateryBet
I am submitting a complaint regarding two unresolved deposit transactions on the gaming platform BateryBet.

On 11 April 2026, I deposited ₹50,000. The amount was debited from my bank account and, according to my bank statement, it was successfully credited to the merchant/provider’s account. However, it was not reflected in my BateryBet account. I contacted customer support multiple times, and I was informed that the provider has not received the funds. Later, I was told that a refund would be processed within 10 days, but I am still waiting and have not received any refund or resolution.

Again, on 19 April 2026, I made another deposit of ₹50,000. This transaction is also stuck and has not been credited to my gaming account. When I contacted support, I was informed that a letter has been sent to the payment provider and they are waiting for a response within 3 business days.
However, I have already been waiting for a long time with no proper resolution or clear update.
At this point, both deposits are unresolved, and my total funds of ₹1,00,000 are stuck. I have been repeatedly following up with customer support, but I am only being given delays and unclear responses.

Bank records confirm that the payments were successfully processed from my side, but BateryBet is claiming non-receipt or ongoing investigation. This situation is extremely frustrating, and I have not received any proper resolution despite multiple complaints.

I kindly request AskGamblers to investigate this issue and help me recover my funds or ensure proper crediting of both deposits as soon as possible.

Verification delayed for over 20 days

I would like to file a complaint against BateryBet regarding an unreasonable delay in my account verification and lack of communication.

I raised a request on March 27 (Request No: 22305695) because I was unable to place bets on my account. Since then, I have fully cooperated with the platform and submitted every document they requested.

The documents I submitted include:

• ID Card

• Selfie holding ID with current date

• Bank statement (PDF)

• UPI app proof showing my name and number

• Bank statement confirming my deposits

• Voter ID

• Additional documents as requested

I have made only 6 deposits on my account, all genuine and from my side:

• January 25 – ₹10,000

• January 25 – ₹4,837

• January 25 – ₹305.60

• February 3 – ₹5,600

• February 3 – ₹5,360

• February 4 – ₹11,293

Initially, while I was submitting documents, the support team responded within 5–8 hours. However, after I submitted all the required documents, they suddenly stopped responding.

It has now been over 20 days, and there has been no proper update. Additionally, there has been no response in the request section for the past 5 days.

I also contacted their email support, but I received only generic replies that do not address my issue.

This behaviour is highly concerning, as it appears that the verification process is being unnecessarily delayed despite full cooperation from my side.

Due to this issue, my account remains restricted, I am unable to place bets, and I am unable to use my funds properly

I kindly request that AskGamblers intervene and help resolve this issue by completing my verification and restoring full access to my account

I am ready to provide any additional proof if required.
