• * Associated Game Providers: BGAMING, Endorphina, Hacksaw Gaming, Smartsoft Gaming, Spinomenal, and Spribe.

Detailed Breakdown of the Incident:

• * Total Winnings: I successfully won a total amount of ₹2,40,000 on the Batery platform.
• * Partial Credit: Out of the total winnings, only ₹75,000 was initially credited.
• * Prolonged Delay & Ignored Communications: The remaining funds and my support tickets (24969271, 24983226, 70863343) were kept pending for nearly 40 days. During this period, I sent numerous emails and messages to your support team, but received absolutely no response or help from anyone.
• * Account Blocking & Restricted Withdrawal: Instead of resolving my issue, my account was blocked, and the withdrawal feature was restricted/disabled. Although ₹1,15,000 from the pending amount was later credited back, my access and withdrawal capabilities faced deliberate disruption.
• * Unresolved Remaining Balance: The final remaining balance of ₹50,000 has still not been credited or processed, and my hard-earned funds remain unlawfully withheld.

This kind of complete negligence, blocking of accounts, ignoring continuous emails/messages, and withholding of rightful winnings on Batery is deeply unprofessional, unethical, and unacceptable.

I request all the associated platform operators and providers mentioned above to look into my tickets (24969271, 24983226, 70863343) immediately, investigate the delay, unblock my account fully, and clear my remaining dues (₹50,000) without any further delay.

Failure to resolve this issue promptly will force me to escalate this matter legally and report it to higher regulatory authorities, consumer forums, and licensing boards.

I had one deposit vanish already. I made the stupid mistake of relying on this platform again. They have eaten up another deposit of mine.

I made a deposit of 25100 INR through UPI. I have submitted a deposit request for the same, but no help here.

On their request, they just keep asking for one useless document after another, even though they have all the info. With one clear intention of not crediting the amount. How I wish, one day I woke up and saw the amount credited. Wouldn't that be nice? That's what good customer service is after all.

This website is absolutely fraud, i have created an account with them and made a deposit of 5,000 placed just two bets one is lost one is won. I have 15,000 in my account and requested for withdrawal, they immediately rejected my withdrawal, suspended deposit options, withdrawal options and bet options too making me unable to place bet.

When contacted with their customer support they asked me to send my KYC in the request section after that withdrawal options will be enabled. To confirm to everyone who reading this and also to management of BateryBet and dispute resolution management, i have sent each and every document that their customer support requested.

Their verification process is so much messed that, they first asked for my identification card & selfie. After submitting it they said documents received and wait for 72 hours for verification, after 72 hours they asked to send bank statement, i agreed sent them again & got a reply to wait for another 72 hours for verification. And again they wanted me to take a selfie with their app displayed in mobile on one hand and the payment app in my other hand i even sent it again.

They have asked for multiple documents, multiple times one after the other and submitting every document as per their request they need 72 hours. Every time we send a new document as per their request.

Finally i sent everything as per their request on 23rd of July. And they responded as we are verifying and inform you, after that i have requested them for update and solution, unfortunately we can send only 3 messages to them after that we cannot even able to contact them unless we get a response.

It’s been 20 days since i submitted my documents last time and almost a month this issue started, from the last 20 days i never received a single response from them, my account is still blocked, no withdrawal option available and the worst part is they don’t even have an email support and u cannot ask for an update u cannot send a message unless u receive a response from them, which they will never respond

It was marked as completed on the same day but since then I have not received a single penny in my bank account. Baterybet has stolen my money. You guys are motherfucker bastards who have stolen my money. Where is my money? Deposits are instant while holding a withdrawal is a.breach of rules. I am posting this on all social media platforms. I will make sure to tag all the officials as well as cyber police and government agencies. I will also file a official complaint to crucial officials as they are your licensing partner and I will tag them as well as you are brand ambassadors.

I have deposited the amount of 8000 from the baterybet site. The amount was deducted from my bank account but not credited to my game account.

The amount was deducted on 6/6/26 still not been credited to my game account.

As the payment was done from baterybet site as I came back in baterybet site there was a problem in site they told me the problem would be solved in 3 days, but still not solved.

When I placed a request they said me to give the photo of myself with my id and date and recent chat with the administration. Then they told me to wait for 72 hours again they asked me more documents like gas bill bank statement and pan card and selfie of myself and told me to wait for 48 hours but no response came again. I request askgamblers team to resolve my issue of withdrawal. Please help me. My withdrawal of 46070 rupees is stuck.

My issue : From 16th may my I'd is been blocked for deposit and withdrawal I have raised request to admin customer support started verification process I have submitted all the documents on 17th may they said it will take 72 hours I have waited for 72 hours and they asked more further verification I have submitted that also. But no response from the customer support i trust this platform very much but at the emergency of funds this platform not supporting me at my lowest .
