Unable to log in and withdraw

I have not been able to log in to my account in the past two weeks. When asked about the problem, they are currently experiencing a minor issue that is preventing access to accounts.

Another solution I have proposed to them is to withdraw my remaining balance. According to them, that is impossible and I have to wait for them to fix their minor technical issue, and after that, I am able to withdraw. It has been two weeks, and I find these answers below any accepted standards.

Unable to access account

I want to join the other users here who have reported the same issue with 31bet. I have also been unable to log into my account for roughly two and a half weeks now. Every time I contact support, I receive the same copy-paste responses, and nothing actually gets resolved.

Support keeps telling me that there is a “general issue,” but they are unable to provide any timeframe for a fix. To me, this is highly suspicious — no legitimate platform should need more than two weeks to solve a login or software problem. In 2025, this should be a matter of hours, not weeks.

Because I cannot log in, I also cannot withdraw my balance, which is around €550–€600. Support refuses to process withdrawals manually, even though I have no access to my account. So I am stuck, just like the other users here who reported the same issue.

At this point, I honestly fear that this might be a scam. I hope I’m proven wrong, but currently their behavior raises serious concerns. I fully support and confirm everything other affected users have written here — my experience has been identical.

Until this problem is resolved and players regain access to their funds, I cannot recommend this bookmaker to anyone.
