Account closure and refusing withdrawal
On 16/04/2026, I received an email from 30bet stating that my account has been closed permanently.
The email states that « the available balance in Your Account will be paid to you in a timely manner and no longer than 5 working days, unless there is a reason for such funds to be withheld.»
I never received the money.
I have written emails, but they never answer. When I go on live chat, the support agents leave immediately.
The amount confiscated is 43720 NOK, including the initial deposit of 33000 NOK.
I dont understand the reasoning for the closure of my account, and I want my funds to be paid out.
