canceled my winnings without explanation

I would like to file a complaint about the scandalous behavior of the bookmaker 2up.io. This is the first time I’ve encountered such treatment of a customer. I’m glad I found this forum because maybe one day I’ll be able to recover my honestly earned money, which the bookmaker decided to confiscate for no reason. At the same time, I want to warn other customers against opening an account with this company, because it poses a major threat to customers’ money. I opened my 2up account on July 18, encouraged by positive reviews. Unfortunately, it turned out that none of them were true. I placed 4 bets, for small amounts of around 20 euros. Some of the bets won, so I requested a withdrawal. My 50-euro withdrawal arrived in a few minutes. After that, I took a break for about 10 days. After returning to the site, I placed two deposit bets in August totaling about 70 euros. On August 3, I placed two bets, each for less than 30 euros. Both bets turned out to be winners. When I wanted to make a withdrawal, the amount of money in my account was reduced by the winnings from those last two bets, totaling 71 euros. When I asked for an explanation in the chat, I received a vague response stating that the administration had canceled my bets because I had bet on a minor league. What kind of explanation is that? As a player, don’t I have the right to place bets on smaller leagues? And how am I supposed to know whether the match I’m betting on is from a major or minor league—and, consequently, whether I can bet on it or if the bookmaker will just steal my money? Of course, I never received a detailed explanation. The bookmaker, for reasons known only to himself, simply stole my money, hiding behind the terms and conditions. Please help me get my money back, because I believe I have been treated unfairly.
