Withholding Withdrawal Despite Completing Verification Player ID1512012065

1xBet is Unreasonably Delaying My Withdrawal and Verification
I am raising this complaint regarding the unreasonable delay in processing my withdrawal and verification by 1xBet.
The issue began on 26 July 2026, when my withdrawal was suddenly placed on hold and my account was blocked for verification. On the very same day, I submitted all the personal identification documents requested by the verification team.
The following day, I received a response stating that my documents would be reviewed and that I should wait. Since then, I have been following up with the support team almost daily. Unfortunately, instead of receiving meaningful updates, I have been receiving the same copy-and-paste responses asking me to wait, with no explanation, no estimated timeline, and no indication of whether there is any issue with my documents.
What is even more concerning is the pattern of their verification process. Approximately every third day, they request one additional document. I submit it immediately, after which communication goes silent again, followed by more generic template replies. This cycle has continued for 10 days, and as of 4 August 2026, my verification remains unresolved.
My account currently contains approximately ₹273,000 (INR), which is a significant amount of money for me. These are my hard-earned funds, and the prolonged delay without any transparency has caused considerable financial and emotional stress.
To support my complaint, I am attaching:
Around 50 emails showing my continuous follow-ups and the repetitive template responses from 1xBet.
Screenshots of my account and pending withdrawal.
Copies of all verification documents that I submitted.
Screenshots of the complete email communication.
I am not refusing verification. I have fully cooperated and have submitted every document requested without delay. My complaint is that 1xBet appears to be unnecessarily prolonging the verification process while withholding my funds and failing to provide any reasonable timeframe or meaningful communication.
I respectfully request that this matter be investigated and that 1xBet be required to complete the verification process and release my withdrawal without any further unnecessary delay.
