Recently on my account tried to withdraw with the crypto currency mode. During that i sent the documents they re asking for each and everything. With national ID card everything. Yet i get the automated response stating to send the requested ID. I have literally sent 10 times. Still the same response. Atleast want to get my deposit money back, will never ever use this sportsbook and wont recommend others also. My case id is: 84221454

After sending the selfie, i get to ask some random name guys, just buying some time, total delaying tactics. Clearly im seeing here that 1xbet is definetly trying their best that im not allowed to be withdraw my funds. By giving some excuses total nonsense unproffessional behaviour unethical.
