I made a withdrawal of 3600 TRY from my 1xBet account.
Transaction date and time: 14/03/2026 at 20:28
Withdrawal was marked as completed at: 22:37
However, my bank has officially confirmed that I have not received any funds.
1xBet claims that the payment was completed but refuses to provide any valid proof of transfer (SWIFT / MT103).
They keep sending automatic messages asking me to wait without giving any real solution.

I request immediate payment or official proof of transfer.
The operator is 1xBet (not listed in the system).
