Withdrawal Pending Full Evidence Provided
Hello AskGamblers Complaint Team,
First, I would like to thank the AskGamblers team for all the efforts made to assist players and for providing this complaint service.
I am submitting a complaint regarding my pending withdrawal issue with 1xBet. On 29 December, I submitted all requested documents to 1xBet, including my national ID card, which is the same used to register the account.
Since that date, I have not received any official response from 1xBet. I have contacted their internal support multiple times during this period, but no one was able to provide me with any concrete answer. My withdrawal remains blocked, even though I have submitted all documents requested by the operator.
I have attached the following evidence to support my complaint:
• Screenshot of the document submission to 1xBet on 29 December
• All correspondence with 1xBet support showing repeated follow-ups
• Screenshots of delays, both in the original Arabic and translated to English via Google Translate
• Any single selfie/identity verification photo submitted to 1xBet
My only request is to have the withdrawal unblocked. I am fully prepared to provide any additional documents or information if requested, and I ask that if there is truly any legitimate issue remaining, it be communicated to me clearly and without delay, so I can provide whatever is needed.
Please note that I have previously submitted complaints regarding the same issue:
• The first complaint was rejected because it did not include full evidence
• The second complaint was rejected as a duplicate, despite the fact that I added new evidence
After these two complaints were rejected, I contacted AskGamblers support regarding previous complaint number 257483. I was advised to submit a new complaint and to translate all correspondence into English, which I have followed in this submission, including all necessary translations.
