I have fully cooperated with the verification process and have already submitted all the requested KYC documents and bank proof. Despite multiple follow-ups with 1xBet support, I have not received:
Any estimated timeline (ETA) for completion
Any transaction reference number (UTR)
Any clear written explanation for the prolonged delay
1xBet has confirmed in writing that the withdrawal is not cancelled and is still under review, but they state they cannot provide any time-bound update. This lack of transparency after 30+ days is unreasonable and concerning.
I am requesting AskGamblers’ assistance to mediate and escalate this matter so that:
The withdrawal is processed without further delay, or a clear and justified written reason is provided explaining why the withdrawal cannot be completed.
All supporting evidence, including screenshots of the withdrawal request and email communication with 1xBet, is attached.

However, I would like to point out that this response does not provide any new or concrete information compared to previous replies. My withdrawal has now been pending for over 40 days, and all requested documents and evidence were submitted a long time ago.
While I understand that external payment providers may be involved, there is still:
No explanation for why the review is taking over 40 days
No indication of what specific checks are still pending
No estimated timeframe or next step provided
I remain fully cooperative and available for any further verification if required. However, repeated requests to “wait” without transparency or progress are not sufficient at this stage.
I kindly request either:
A clear update on what exactly is pending and with whom, or
A realistic timeline for resolution, or
Confirmation of whether this case has reached a final decision stage
