I am submitting this complaint regarding a pending withdrawal from 1xBet Sportsbook that has been under review for an unreasonably long period.

Issue Description:
I requested a withdrawal from my 1xBet account, which has now been pending for over 30 days. The withdrawal status shows that it is under “additional review.”
I have fully cooperated with the verification process and have already submitted all the requested KYC documents and bank proof. Despite multiple follow-ups with 1xBet support, I have not received:
Any estimated timeline (ETA) for completion
Any transaction reference number (UTR)
Any clear written explanation for the prolonged delay
1xBet has confirmed in writing that the withdrawal is not cancelled and is still under review, but they state they cannot provide any time-bound update. This lack of transparency after 30+ days is unreasonable and concerning.
I am requesting AskGamblers’ assistance to mediate and escalate this matter so that:
The withdrawal is processed without further delay, or a clear and justified written reason is provided explaining why the withdrawal cannot be completed.
All supporting evidence, including screenshots of the withdrawal request and email communication with 1xBet, is attached.
