I am facing a serious delay with my withdrawals on my 1xBet account. I submitted two withdrawal requests on 01.10.2025, but until today (after 6 days) I have not received my money.
Here are the details of my withdrawals:

Withdrawal #1: 100,000 TZS — Electronic payment
Withdrawal #2: 6,000 TZS — Electronic payment
Date of request: 01.10.2025
I contacted your support team several times through live chat, email, and even received a phone call from your staff. They told me there was a technical issue with the payment system and that it would be fixed soon. However, nothing has been done, and I am still waiting for my funds.
It has now been 6 days with no update or payment, which is unacceptable. Please escalate this matter to your finance or technical department and process my withdrawals immediately.
I kindly ask for a clear update and confirmation that my funds will be released without further delay.
