My account ID is 1160932113 and I requested a withdrawal of $465.53 USD on July 22 to my bank account at Banco de Guayaquil.
I initially deposited $348, placed some legitimate bets with low odds, and reached this balance.
I submitted all required documents for verification: bank statement, transactions linked to the site, ID document, and a selfie holding it—fully complying with all requested steps.
However, over 10 days have passed, and I’ve only received automatic responses saying “please wait for confirmation email.”
I have not violated any terms nor abused the system. This is the first time I request a withdrawal of this size. Previous accounts were never used to abuse the platform or obtain bonuses.
I kindly request a clear and immediate response. I have not received my money, nor a proper explanation.
I ask AskGamblers to step in and help resolve this issue, since the operator keeps unreasonably delaying the payment without justification.
