So I had requested a withdrawal of ₹5,991 from my 1xBet account. Although the withdrawal request has been marked as successful on 1xbet's end, I have still not received the amount in my bank account.
As proof, I am attaching:
My bank account statements for April and this month, showing that the amount has not been credited.(Password for both the attached files is same: ATHAR25082005)

An official, signed letter from my bank confirming that the transaction with UTR number 870996836970 has not been credited to my account.
Screenshots of the correspondence I have already had with the operator in regards to the dispute.
I kindly request you to investigate this issue and either:
Credit the withdrawal amount to my bank account, or
Reverse the amount back to my 1xBet account balance.
