I am experiencing a serious problem with 1xBet regarding withdrawals. I deposited funds into my account using Interac E-Transfer, and according to the rules, withdrawals should be made through the same method. However, when I attempted to withdraw, the Interac E-Transfer option disappeared from the withdrawal list.
I then tried to withdraw using another method, but my request was rejected by the operator, and support informed me that I must use the same method I used for depositing (Interac E-Transfer). The issue is that Interac E-Transfer is no longer available as a withdrawal option, which makes it impossible for me to access my funds.
In addition, I had previously submitted a withdrawal via Interac E-Transfer, but it was rejected by the operator after 24 hours without any valid explanation. At this moment, my funds are stuck.
It is important to note that Interac E-transfer and bank transfer are still available for deposits, but not for withdrawals, which is unfair and misleading to players.
