My withdrawal on 1xBet has been blocked due to verification requests that are impossible to fulfill.
The casino is requesting physical photos and an original signed bank statement for card **3398**. However, this card is a virtual crypto card (RedotPay), not a traditional bank card, and such documents do not exist.
I provided all possible documents in good faith:
- National ID
- Screenshots from the RedotPay application
- Transaction history linking the card to my account
- Proof that the card was used only once
- Proof that most of my deposits were made via bank transfer
Despite full cooperation, the Security Department refused to propose any alternative solution and stated in writing that my messages will be ignored.
I am the legitimate owner of the account and I am requesting that my withdrawal be processed via bank transfer, which is my regular deposit method.
My funds remain blocked without a valid reason.
