Withdrawal approved then rejected without explanation
Subject: Withdrawal approved then rejected – funds partially blocked
Hello,
I would like to file a complaint against 1xBet regarding a withdrawal issue.
My account is fully verified and all my personal information is consistent (same name, email address, and phone number).
I initially made a deposit of 300 CAD via Interac and placed a bet with odds of 3.297, which resulted in a win of 988.96 CAD.
I then placed another bet of 988.96 CAD with odds of 1.045, resulting in a total balance of approximately 1033.91 CAD.
After that, I made an additional deposit of 10 CAD and placed a combined bet (Bet ID: 81060222221) with odds of 1.105, resulting in a total amount of approximately 1151.50 CAD.
At the time of withdrawal, the Interac option was no longer available, so I proceeded using Skrill.
I submitted multiple withdrawal requests via Skrill. Out of all requests, only one withdrawal of 300 CAD was successfully processed. All other withdrawal requests (including amounts up to 1140 CAD) were repeatedly rejected.
I have contacted customer support multiple times, but I have not received a clear explanation. I was only told that my withdrawals could not be approved, without any valid reason.
This situation is very concerning, as deposits and betting activity are processed normally, but withdrawals are being blocked without justification.
I would like to know if my account is under financial or security review and request that my remaining funds be released as soon as possible.
I am ready to provide any additional documents if required.
This issue has occurred multiple times without any resolution.
