I have been a loyal player on 1xBet for the past five years, and unfortunately, this is the third time I am facing a serious issue with my withdrawals.
On 30.03.2025, I made a withdrawal of ₹49,000 (Withdrawal ID: 3395185731) at 8:48 PM IST.
The next day, 31.03.2025, I placed another withdrawal of ₹49,000 (Withdrawal ID: 3400083871), which was successfully credited to my account (UTR ending in 9588).
However, the first withdrawal from 30.03.2025 is still missing. Despite repeated follow-ups and a wait of 48 days, I have not received the funds.
To help resolve the issue, I have:
Checked with my bank, but they have refused to issue a formal letter.
Instead, I obtained a stamped bank statement clearly showing that the amount was never credited.
I am also attaching my latest bank statement for reference.
