I am submitting this formal complaint against 1xBet regarding an unresolved withdrawal request.

My 1xBet Account ID is 753252115, and I have been a loyal customer for more than three years.

On 06/07/2026, I requested a withdrawal of 80 JOD to my Orange Money wallet. The transaction was marked as “Completed” almost immediately on the 1xBet platform, but the funds never arrived in my wallet.

Since that day, I have been stuck in a loop with their support. I opened Ticket No. 19091113, which has been closed and reopened 5 separate times by their team without any actual resolution. Each time, I am given generic automated responses like "please wait" or "our specialists are reviewing it," followed by the ticket being closed again.

I have fully cooperated with every request, uploading multiple video proofs of my Orange Money transaction history clearly showing that the funds were never received.

Furthermore, I have officially contacted Orange Money support regarding this transaction. They categorically confirmed that there are no pending, received, or rejected funds matching this amount in my wallet history. They explicitly stated that under standard financial regulations, it is the sole technical responsibility of the sender (1xBet) to trace the funds with their payment gateway.

Despite this, 1xBet refuses to provide me with a Transaction Reference Number (RRN), proof of transfer, or any technical explanation.

Through AskGamblers mediation, I request 1xBet to either:

1. Provide a valid Transaction Reference Number (RRN) or official proof of transfer so my wallet provider can locate the funds.

2. Acknowledge that the transfer failed and immediately refund the 80 JOD back to my 1xBet account balance.

1. Communication Timeline: On July 15th, 2026, I received an email from 1xBet regarding this transaction reference. I replied on the exact same day confirming non-receipt after checking with my provider, but 1xBet completely ignored my reply.

2. Proactive Steps: I have contacted my payment provider (Orange Money Jordan) four separate times to verify this reference number (OJM-PAY-20260706201105700268523105)—most recently yesterday (Tuesday, July 21st, 2026).

3. Official Support Proof (Attached): I am attaching the official WhatsApp screenshots
with Orange Money Jordan (Verified Account). Their support team explicitly confirmed:
- The funds NEVER entered my wallet under this reference number.
- The sender (1xBet / their payment gateway) MUST contact Orange Money directly to trace or resolve the missing funds.

The funds simply never reached my account. Regarding the official full PDF account statement, it is currently under standard processing by Orange Money's financial department and will be attached the moment it is generated. Thank you for the reminder. Please note that the issue is NOT resolved. The operator (1xBet) has not returned or credited my funds yet, and their last response is just a generic stalling tactic.

My 80 JOD has been missing for 13 days now (since July 6th). I am currently waiting for my telecom operator (Orange Money Jordan) to issue the official, stamped PDF account statement to conclusively prove that no such transaction ever entered their network.

I have been a 1xBet customer for quite some time, and before this incident I had completed several deposits and withdrawals without any issues.

On 12 July 2026, I requested a withdrawal of IDR 2,952,000. Shortly afterward, the transaction was marked as "Withdrawal Successful" in my account. However, the money never arrived in my BCA bank account.

From that moment, I cooperated fully with every request made by 1xBet.

First, I was instructed to open a Payment Inquiry. The status of that inquiry repeatedly changed without any explanation. It was opened, then closed, then reopened, and eventually closed again, while my withdrawal remained unresolved.

Later, I was contacted by a representative from the Global Customer Care Team (Blair). Unlike the automated replies, Blair requested additional documents for a proper investigation, including:

My official BCA bank statement (PDF);
Photos of my passport;
Mobile operator verification.

I submitted every document immediately.

After that, Blair completely stopped responding.

Instead, every subsequent reply came only from 1xBet Indonesia Customer Support.

Unfortunately, almost every reply contained the same template response:

"Your withdrawal was successful."
"Please contact your bank."
The same payment document attached repeatedly.

No one ever addressed the evidence I had submitted.

My official BCA bank statement clearly shows that no incoming transaction of IDR 2,952,000 was received, yet none of the replies explained this discrepancy.

Even more frustrating, I was repeatedly instructed to contact my bank, but 1xBet never provided a verifiable bank transaction reference that my bank could actually use to trace the transfer.

Without such a reference, my bank cannot investigate anything.

After several days, the discussion suddenly shifted to an entirely different issue.

I was informed that I allegedly had multiple accounts.

This was surprising because I have previously made deposits and withdrawals without any problems. No one explained why this issue was only raised after I reported my missing withdrawal, nor how it related to the withdrawal itself.

To this day, I have received:

repeated template replies;
repeated copies of the same payment document;
repeated instructions to contact my bank;

but no actual resolution.

I simply ask 1xBet to do one of one things:

Pay my outstanding withdrawal of IDR 2,952,000 immediately. I have fulfilled all of my obligations, and I expect 1xBet to do the same.

After more than a week of full cooperation, I am extremely disappointed with the way this complaint has been handled.
