I am writing to formally complain about 1xbet regarding my account (ID: [1038705491]).
Despite having provided all requested documents, including my National ID/Passport and an official bank statement as requested by the security department, my account remains restricted and my funds are held without a valid reason. I have followed all the KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures and communicated multiple times with the support team, but I am receiving either automated responses or complete silence.
I have been a loyal user and have provided transparent proof of my identity and source of funds. The delay in processing my verification is now unreasonable and appears to be an intentional attempt to withhold my balance.
I request the following:
Immediate verification of my account.
The release of my funds and the ability to withdraw my balance of [349€].
A clear explanation for this excessive delay.
