I currently have $600 in my 1xBet account, and despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to withdraw even $1 of my own money.
I first tried to withdraw using Mastercard, which was repeatedly rejected. I then attempted Interac e-Transfer, but 1xBet failed to verify this method as well. I contacted customer support several times, but I only received generic responses without clear explanations or solutions.
My account details are correct, my identity documents have been submitted, and I am fully willing to comply with any reasonable verification requirements. However, 1xBet has not clearly stated what exactly is missing or why withdrawals continue to be blocked.
This situation has caused significant stress and inconvenience. I believe it is unfair to allow deposits but prevent withdrawals without transparent justification. I am simply requesting access to my own funds.
I am asking AskGamblers to assist in mediating this issue so that 1xBet releases my $600 balance or clearly explains the exact steps required to complete the withdrawal.
