Unable to Access 1xBet Account Authorization Error and No Support Response

I am filing a complaint against 1xBet regarding an account access issue.
I am unable to log in to my account even though I am entering the correct credentials. The system shows an authorization error and prevents me from accessing my account.
I have tried multiple times to log in, reset my password, and contact the support team via email and chat. However, I have not received any proper response or resolution from the operator.
Due to this issue, I am completely locked out of my account and unable to access my funds.
I have also provided identification documents as requested by the operator, but the issue still remains unresolved.
I kindly request AskGamblers to investigate this matter and help me regain access to my account and funds.

I would like to clarify that I have already contacted the security/support department and also sent emails to [info-ind@1xbet-team.com](mailto:info-ind@1xbet-team.com) multiple times regarding this issue.
However, I have not received any proper response or resolution from them for almost one month. I am only being redirected between departments without any actual recovery of my account.
I have already provided:
* payment proof
* transaction details
* linked mobile number information
* explanation about the two-factor authentication issue
Despite this, I still cannot access my account.
I kindly request 1xBet to directly assist with recovering my account and disabling or resetting the two-factor authentication, as I am unable to complete the recovery process from my side.
Please help resolve this issue as soon as possible.
