I am unable to log in to my account even though I am entering the correct credentials. The system shows an authorization error and prevents me from accessing my account.
I have tried multiple times to log in, reset my password, and contact the support team via email and chat. However, I have not received any proper response or resolution from the operator.
Due to this issue, I am completely locked out of my account and unable to access my funds.
I have also provided identification documents as requested by the operator, but the issue still remains unresolved.

However, despite my repeated attempts and waiting for approximately one month, I have not received sufficient assistance or clear instructions from the Security Department. As a result, I am still unable to complete the verification process and regain access to my account.
1xBet has informed me that the two-factor authentication cannot be reset until verification is completed, but I am unable to proceed further without a response from the responsible department.
I kindly request that the complaint remain open and that 1xBet be asked to ensure that the Security Department responds and assists me in completing the verification process.
