I am resubmitting my complaint as it has now been 14 days since my initial KYC submission on January 28th.
Despite providing all the requested documents multiple times and even from different email addresses as requested by the casino, my account remains unverified.
I have waited the mandatory period for the casino's investigation, but they continue to use delay tactics without any progress. I have clear proof of all my submissions. I am requesting AskGamblers' immediate intervention to stop this stalling and have my account verified so I can access my funds.
