On **March 3, 2024**, I deposited funds into my **1xBet** gaming account by transferring money to their provided payment details. Despite the successful deduction from my bank account, the amount **was never credited** to my 1xBet balance.
I opened a formal payment dispute with 1xBet support (Ticket **#2620708**), but the issue remains unresolved. The support team has either failed to respond or provided no actionable solution to refund or credit my money.
**Demands:**
1. Immediate crediting of the missing funds to my account or a full refund.
2. A written explanation for the delay.
3. Compensation for the inconvenience, if permitted under 1xBet’s terms.
