Subject: Withdrawal not received for over one month via Bankily
I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a withdrawal I made on 07/06/25 from 1xBet, using Bankily as the withdrawal method.
The amount of 3000 Ouguiya (MRU) has not been credited to my account after more than one month. The transaction ID is 44810844, and my 1xBet account ID is 635661739.
Despite multiple attempts to contact their support team, including emailing processing-mauritania@1xbet-team.com and [email protected], I have not received any satisfactory response or resolution. The support replies have been generic and unhelpful, simply directing me back to email without providing any updates.
I request AskGamblers to assist in pressuring 1xBet to release my funds promptly or provide a clear explanation for this unacceptable delay.
