I'm currently under the process of verifying my account for the second time after trying to withdraw.
At first the security team asked for national ID card or passport which I provided.
Then they asked me to take a selfie with the passport and the email with security team beside my face. So I provided it.
The problem occured when they asked for utility bills. They specifically asked for utility bills for the last month of the place of my registration.
I submitted an electricity bill from the last month at the address I registered, and they replied: Please pay attention to the requirements of the Security Department, otherwise further actions are impossible.
Without providing the requested files, any further actions are impossible. All further messages from you will be ignored.
I asked them what's wrong with it, and they kept repeating the same thing + saying they need utility bills.
I've also asked them if they're asking for utility bill from last month(October) and that, if that's the case, I'm unable to provide that because I've moved to a different address and I no longer pay utility bills. They would reply with the same thing every time. (I would like include proof in this post but I don't see a field where I can insert photos)
I would like clarification from 1XBet team what is it that they're asking me to provide because at this point it simply feels like an attempt to not pay out.
