Not allowed to withdraw funds despite submitting all required documents

I’ve been using my account for two years without any issues, but a week ago I made a withdrawal request and it was rejected because they said they need to verify my identity.
I contacted the security department email, and they asked me for a photo of my national ID card from both sides, which I sent. Then they requested a selfie of me holding the ID card and my phone showing the email conversation with them. I did that as well. Since then, I haven’t received any reply, and a week has passed.
I reached out repeatedly to customer support, but without any result. They only say, “We’re sorry, you need to wait,” and nothing more.
I also contacted the security department many times and was ignored. I messaged all 1xbet emails and got no responses.
Last night, I found that my account had been blocked... I can’t deposit money or place any new bets, and still there is no response or explanation from 1xbet.
Note: The support team told me the process should not take more than 48–72 hours, and now a full week has passed. I don’t know what to do. All documents were submitted clearly and correctly.

Please note that it is not reasonable to force me to provide something that I am unable to obtain; otherwise, I will never be able to withdraw my money. What I have clearly noticed is that the security team is not trying to help. They are not cooperating with me; instead, they seem to be trying to make me fail as much as possible, pointing out mistakes in anything I send, in addition to the poor treatment, message ignoring, and such behaviors.
Even if some people in my country managed to obtain it before, that does not mean it is something possible, normal, or common. They were able to, but I was not. So what is the solution? You should provide me with alternative options and help me, not ignore me.
I hope you do not make things more complicated. If it were possible for me to obtain that document, I would have brought it from the very first day. I have traveled to cities outside my own and contacted many doctors, and none of them have ever heard of such a requirement before, because -as I mentioned earlier- it is impossible to prove this or to know what I do in my home or on my phone.
