I am submitting a complaint against 1xBet regarding an unresolved account verification (NID) issue.
I have fully cooperated with the 1xBet security team and submitted all available verification documents. These include NID PDF files that I obtained directly from the official NID customer care, as well as a screen-recorded video from the official NID portal clearly showing that there is no option available to download the NID as a PDF file.
Despite providing all requested documents and sending multiple follow-up messages, the 1xBet security team has completely stopped responding to me.
The unavailability of the NID PDF on the government server is beyond my control. I am not refusing verification; rather, I am requesting guidance on alternative verification methods. Unfortunately, I am receiving no response or instruction from the casino.
I kindly request AskGamblers to assist in resolving this matter and ensuring fair communication and proper handling of my verification case by 1xBet.
