I’m having a serious issue with 1xBet regarding my account verification. The support team contacted me via email asking for verification documents. I promptly submitted all the required documents, including my ID, proof of address, and a selfie, as instructed.
However, after sending the documents, I have not received any response from their team. I followed up through email, but still no reply. My account remains unverified and locked, and I cannot access my funds.
