I am facing a serious withdrawal issue with my 1xBet player account.

My withdrawal has been pending for a long time due to a request for documents with instructions to contact security-en@1xbet-team.com.
I have already submitted my identification documents to the security email as requested. However,I have not received any response from the security team.
I only received replies from the local support team (info-bn), but my issue remains unresolved and my account is still under review.
It has been a significant amount of time, and my funds remain blocked without any clear explanation or timeframe for resolution.
I kindly request AskGamblers to assist me in resolving this issue and help process my withdrawal as soon as possible.

or
Forward my case directly to the responsible manager for review
