I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my account [1530112063]. I have submitted all the required identification documents, yet my funds are still being held without any valid reason. I also offered to conduct a video verification (Skype or WhatsApp) to confirm my identity, but I received no cooperation.
I sent the following attachments to their security team, but they were ignored; they are valid.
1. A photo of my national ID card
2. A photo of the cryptocurrency wallet used for deposits
3. The photo they requested, showing me holding my national ID card, and a transcript of the conversation I had with their security team.
4. Screenshots of my message: I requested a video call if they suspected I had submitted forged documents, but they ignored my request. They also ignored my subsequent messages asking for clarification on why my account verification via video call was refused, but they did not respond.
5. A screenshot proving their disregard for my explanation of what made them refuse to verify the account and the valid documents. I asked them for an explanation of at least what I had requested, and I didn't provide them with any documents. However, I received one message from them saying they would ignore my future messages.
