Hello, please I made a withdrawal on the 10th September 2025 at 10:43am GMT. After few hours of waiting on the same day I contacted the support and I was told to wait for 24 hours since withdrawals take up to 24 hours to complete. I did wait for the 24 hours and I contacted again on the 11th September and I was told to wait for another 24 hours which was supposed to end on the 12th September 2025 after waiting I did not see my money credited, and I contacted them again on the 12th September and I was told to wait for 48 hours again I did and I have not received my money yet I am being told to wait for 48 hours again and I am writing here to see if I can get any help. My withdrawal was done to e wallet, mobile money.
