Several deposits are not added to my 1xbet account despite raising request, the timeline for resolution of these request has also been surpassed and yet my deposits are still not added to my gaming account, the following are the request no of these deposits

1. Ticket no : 20087787 Amount : INR 14000

2. Ticket no : 20202253 Amount : INR 13000

3. Ticket no : 20250193 Amount : INR 10000

Despite multiple calls and emails the issue has not been resolved and these 3 amounts are still missing and not added to my gaming wallet I have attached below the screenshots of query raised with 1xbet and still unresolved

Just look at the attached screenshot now up to 7 queries/ deposits are missing and pending some of the amounts are still missing for over 20 days nows and further 3 queries will be made as 14 working days will be completed as the payments went on hold. the customer care when called just ask to wait with no updates whatsoever

as you can see from the screenshot below the query is pending for 12 days how does it take 12 days to verify one single payment, every day the customer care says it will be credited to gaming account by end of the day but all 3 payments are missing and no update whatsoever

Delayed verification and no withdrawal avaliable

My 1xBet account was fully verified by the operator's verification department on 22 September 2025, with written confirmation: "You have successfully verified your account. Please re-login and create a withdrawal request." My deposits were made by Interac e-Transfer and my withdrawal was requested by Interac e-Transfer.

On 9 July 2026 my withdrawal attempt was blocked; the Security Department stated my documents had "expired" and requested updated ID, which I provided. Between 3 and 9 August 2026 a new demand followed almost every time I complied: first cryptocurrency wallet screenshots (crypto has never been a payment method on my account — I provided the screenshots anyway); then full uncropped desktop screenshots including the taskbar and address bar; then confirmation of a specific 2025 deposit, which I supported with a bank statement; then a photo of me holding my ID beside the device I bet on, provided twice after a quality request; then a utility bill; and finally — after I simply asked for a status update — my driver's licence, the same document their verification department rejected as "not suitable for verification" in September 2025. I provided that as well. Each item was submitted promptly, usually the same day it was requested.

Since 9 August 2026 the only response has been "your request has been sent to our specialists."

I am asking AskGamblers to help me obtain either: written confirmation that my verification is complete and the release of my account balance, or a complete list of exactly what remains outstanding with a firm timeframe for review. I will promptly provide any information requested through this process.

Cashier closed and online withdrawal rejected

Hello AskGamblers Team,

I am facing a serious issue with 1xBet Casino regarding my withdrawal.

My Account ID is 1754621735.

I deposited ₹3,000 via a local Cashier, but the cashier agent permanently closed his shop and switched off his phone.

My identity is 100% APPROVED and verified, and my 1xBet inbox clearly states "Verification Complete"

On 05/08/2026. I have sent multiple emails to [email protected] and [email protected] between 1st August and 6th August 2026, requesting them to remove the cashier option so I can withdraw online. I deposited ₹40,000 on 7 August 2026 at 6:22 PM, and more than 24 hours have now passed. The amount has been successfully debited from my payment account, but it has still not been credited to my 1xBet balance.

I have already contacted customer support multiple times, but I continue to receive the same generic response asking me to wait. This is not an acceptable resolution after more than 24 hours.

I have also found multiple recent complaints online from other customers reporting the same issue with deposits not being credited and receiving repetitive responses from support.

1xBet is Unreasonably Delaying My Withdrawal and Verification

I am raising this complaint regarding the unreasonable delay in processing my withdrawal and verification by 1xBet.

The issue began on 26 July 2026, when my withdrawal was suddenly placed on hold and my account was blocked for verification. On the very same day, I submitted all the personal identification documents requested by the verification team.

The following day, I received a response stating that my documents would be reviewed and that I should wait. Since then, I have been following up with the support team almost daily. Unfortunately, instead of receiving meaningful updates, I have been receiving the same copy-and-paste responses asking me to wait, with no explanation, no estimated timeline, and no indication of whether there is any issue with my documents.

What is even more concerning is the pattern of their verification process. Approximately every third day, they request one additional document. I submit it immediately, after which communication goes silent again, followed by more generic template replies. This cycle has continued for 10 days, and as of 4 August 2026, my verification remains unresolved.

My account currently contains approximately ₹273,000 (INR), which is a significant amount of money for me. These are my hard-earned funds, and the prolonged delay without any transparency has caused considerable financial and emotional stress.

To support my complaint, I am attaching:

Around 50 emails showing my continuous follow-ups and the repetitive template responses from 1xBet.
Screenshots of my account and pending withdrawal.
Copies of all verification documents that I submitted.
Screenshots of the complete email communication.

I am not refusing verification. I have fully cooperated and have submitted every document requested without delay. On July 11, 2026, I made a deposit of 100 AZN using my BirBank bank card. The money was successfully deducted from my bank account, but it has never been credited to my 1xBet balance.

I requested a withdrawal of LKR 1,000,000 from my fully verified 1xBet account. After submitting my withdrawal request, 1xBet asked me to complete KYC verification. I fully cooperated and provided all requested documents, including proof of identity and any additional verification requested.

I am submitting a complaint against 1xBet regarding a withdrawal that has been pending since January 2025. Although 1xBet informed me that my withdrawal was approved, the funds have never been deposited into my Visa card.

When I contacted support, they told me to “open a payment query” to resolve the issue. However, when I attempted to do this, the Visa option was not supported, meaning I could not submit the payment query they instructed me to use.
