Hello,
I am filing a complaint against 1xBet regarding a ₹10,000 deposit I made on 08/11/2025, which remains uncredited even after 20+ days.

What happened:
My bank confirmed the transfer as successful.
My dispute was rejected because funds reached the merchant payment gateway.
1xBet repeatedly told me to “wait”, using identical copy-paste messages every time.
They forced me into an account-merging process, which I completed.
Even after merging accounts and submitting all required documents (photos, ID, screenshots, bank statement), the deposit is still not refunded or credited.
1xBet’s behaviour:
Emails and chat replies are robotic, identical each time.
No real investigation or escalation appears to have happened.
They only say “specialist is working” without any progress.
They ignore direct questions.
They continue to assure me while taking no action.
What I want:
I request AskGamblers to intervene and request 1xBet to either:
1. Credit the ₹10,000 to my 1xBet account, OR
2. Refund the amount back to my bank account
I have attached:
Bank statement
UPI proof
Chat/email screenshots
All communication logs
Please help resolve this, as 1xBet has refused to take any real action.
