On the 5th of November 2025, I took a bet on the game "Viking TIF (Women) - Brusno (Women)" a game officially scheduled for 19:00 WAT on 5th November 2025 and choose Team 2 to win.
The game ended with Team 2 (Brusno) wining as can be verified from the official site here: https://www.cev.eu/match-centres/2026-european-cups/cev-volleyball-challenge-cup-2026-women/chcw-06-tif-viking-bergen-v-vk-pirane-brusno/.
To my amazement however, I lost the bet and that was because 1xbet had reversed positions of Team 1 and Team 2 on my bet. What was "Viking TIF (Women) - Brusno (Women)" officially became "Brusno (Women) - Viking TIF (Women)" on my betslip.
I complained about this but 1xbet insisted my bet was on "Brusno (Women) - Viking TIF (Women)" even after I showed them that on the on event page of 1xbet the event is "Viking TIF (Women) - Brusno (Women)".
They blamed me for an obvious betslip error, refusing to correct the wrong settlement. Please I won this bet and I want my full winning to be credited to my account.

Dear AskGamblers Team & 1xBet,
1xBet’s latest message is the final proof of bad faith:
1. They openly admit they CANNOT provide any screenshot or server log of the pre-match Line page at the moment I placed the bet (15:38 GMT / 16:38 WAT).
→ Instead they attach (a) my own reversed betslip and (b) a completely different match as “example”. That is not evidence; that is an admission they have nothing to back their story.
2. Their own Rulebook (which they love quoting) contains this clause (General Betting Rules, paragraph 11.2 – Manifest Error):
“If the home and away team for a listed match are reversed… bets placed on the original listing will be void.”
This exact situation happened due to their data-feed error. They are legally obliged to void the bet and return my ₦8,000 stake (or settle it correctly as a win). They are doing neither.
3. The CEV link they themselves provided confirms Viking TIF were the home team and Brusno won 3-1 away. My W2 selection on the correct fixture is a clear winner.
I have already supplied:
- the official CEV fixture and result
- my betslip showing the reversal
- timestamps and chat transcripts
1xBet has supplied zero verifiable evidence in four separate replies and now openly states they cannot produce the one piece of evidence that would support their version.
This is no longer a dispute; it is deliberate refusal to honour their own published rules.
