impossible to withdraw

Hello, I'm writing to explain my problem:

I opened a 1xbet account in August 2025 (id:1369669989 name < removed >, making two deposits totaling €320. Both deposits (I've attached proof) were made using Binance Pay.

I've wagered my deposits more than 10 times in total.

I've been trying to withdraw money for over six months.

I'm using the same method as for my deposits, namely Binance Pay. It's not working; the withdrawal is refused, with the reason given being that you must use the same method as for deposits.

I've contacted 1xbet's chat, phone support, and email (more than 50 times—the list is incredibly long!).

They keep telling me the same thing: "Use the same method as for deposits." When I explain that I'm doing exactly what I want, I either get no response or I'm told to make a new deposit to activate a new method. Except I can't deposit (and I really don't want to!) because it seems the account is blocked; I no longer have access to the deposit methods (I've attached a screenshot showing an "authorization error").

I am filing this formal complaint against 1xBet due to repeated withdrawal rejections and the failure of their customer support team to provide a solution.

Since September 20, 2026, I have been unable to withdraw my funds despite multiple attempts.

The following withdrawals were rejected:

• September 20, 2026, at 10:15 PM: $100 USD — Rejected by the operator due to a payment error.
• September 22, 2026, at 7:25 AM: $50 USD — Rejected by the operator due to a payment error.
• September 22, 2026, at 7:48 AM: $54 USD — Rejected because withdrawals must use the same payment details used for deposits.

I want to emphasize that I am already using the same payment method that I used to deposit money into my account. Furthermore, I have successfully completed several withdrawals using this exact same payment method in the past.

Despite repeatedly contacting customer support, I have received nothing but generic responses. They have failed to provide a specific explanation, a practical solution, or confirmation that my case has been escalated to the appropriate department.

I find it particularly concerning that my withdrawal requests have been rejected for different reasons, even though I have not changed my payment method.

I am not requesting any special treatment. I simply want to access my funds using a payment method that has previously worked without issues.

I am requesting AskGamblers' assistance in resolving this dispute and obtaining the following from 1xBet:

1. A proper investigation into the repeated withdrawal rejections.
2. A clear explanation of the actual reason my withdrawals are being rejected.
3. Escalation to the appropriate payment department and a practical solution that allows me to withdraw my funds.
4. Confirmation of when I can expect this issue to be resolved.

I have screenshots documenting the rejected withdrawal attempts and can provide evidence of my previous successful withdrawals using the same payment method.

On 08/09/2026, I deposited 122 ETB via Telebirr. The funds were debited but never credited.

On 19/09/2026, 1xBet failed to meet their own deadline.

On 22/09/2026, support agent "Bright" explicitly stated: "This is a bit more complex than we first thought... we don't have a specific finish date just yet." 1xBet has officially abandoned their internal investigation timeline.

I am requesting immediate mediation and a refund of my 122 ETB.

I deposited funds using Bybit Pay and I am attempting to withdraw my remaining balance of $31.01 to the exact same Bybit Pay account (UID: 581689249).

The platform system and live support repeatedly reject the withdrawal claiming a failure to match the deposit method, despite providing full evidence that the payment method and UID are identical.

Live support refuses to review the transaction history manually.

Hello. I am reaching out to the arbitration team for assistance regarding a critical issue with 1xbet.

For 65 days (more than two months), the company has been intentionally stalling my case, withholding my funds, and providing nothing but cynical, automated template responses.

Case Details:

On July 17, 2026, I requested a withdrawal of 30,000 RUB from my 1xbet gaming account via the P2P system (Card Payouts via Telegram, Transaction ID: 134541908). Out of this total amount, only 15,000 RUB was credited to my T-Bank (Tinkoff) card via several small transfers from different individuals. The remaining 15,000 RUB WAS NEVER CREDITED to my account. Due to a poorly designed and confusing P2P bot interface, the status of the request was accidentally changed to "Successful" while I was waiting. I immediately noticed the error and contacted 1xbet support on the exact same day.

On July 19, 2026, an official payment complaint (Ticket №19635058) was generated in my personal account. I promptly provided a full, officially certified bank statement in PDF format covering the entire period. This document legally proves that the second half of the funds (15,000 RUB) never reached my bank account. T-Bank support has confirmed that there are no pending, hidden, or blocked incoming transactions. This is a clear case of fraud by the P2P merchant (sender), who took advantage of an accidental click in the interface and kept the money. Deliberate Sabotage by the Bookmaker:

Today is September 20, 2026. My ticket inside the 1xbet system has been stuck in the "In Progress" status for over 2 months without any valid technical justification. During this time, every email I sent to [email protected] was answered by different representatives (Dmitry, Ilya, Nikolay, Anatoly) with identical, scripted responses promising that "profile specialists are working on it" and asking for "a little more patience."

1xbet strictly refuses to provide any technical proof of the transfer (such as a sender's bank receipt with an RRN/ARN code) or to credit the missing 15,000 RUB manually back to my gaming balance.1xbet is entirely responsible for the security and integrity of P2P transactions on its platform.

At this point, the company’s behavior looks like direct complicity with a fraudulent merchant to withhold user funds.Requirements:

I deposited 13,000 BDT through bKash and the bKash (mfs) customer service also confirmed that the transaction has been successfully completed. I tried to talk it through the customer service and all they ask me to do is wait. It has been almost 1.5 Months and they are not giving me any timeframe to resolve the matter. I didn’t stop using them, I use the site regularly still. I have attached sufficient proof for the payment and if there is anything else needed, please let me know. 1xBet has disabled the Skrill withdrawal option on my cashier interface and has stopped responding to support emails after I completed all requested security conditions.

I requested a withdrawal method update to Skrill for my account (ID: 1786222007). 1xBet Security specifically instructed me via email to deposit funds using Skrill and place/settle a bet at odds of 1.10 or higher to authorize this payment method.

I have completely fulfilled every condition required by Security:

Deposited via Skrill (<email address removed>).

Placed and settled the required bet at odds above 1.10.

Verified my identity and provided all requested documentation.

I requested a withdrawal of Rs. 50,000 from my 1xBet account on 23/08/2026. 1xBet claims they processed it via UTR CBINN62026082396104277 and marked my query No. 21187703 as "Reviewed" saying funds reached as a cash inflow.

However, the amount has NEVER been credited to my bank account.

I have official proof from my bank, ICICI Bank - Non-Credit Letter dated 31/08/2026, clearly stating that NEFT UTR CBINN62026082396104277 for Rs. 50,000 was NOT credited to my account 357301500336 till 31/08/2026.

I have also provided a full bank statement from 23/08 to 07/09 showing no such credit.

1xBet finance team is not tracing the transaction with their payment agent (Central Bank of India). They are giving auto-replies that the payment is successful, which is false as per the bank letter.

I request AskGamblers to intervene and ask 1xBet to either:

1. Provide successful credit proof (Bank End-to-End trace from the central bank), OR

2. Re-credit Rs. 50,000 to my 1xBet wallet or re-process the withdrawal.
