I have requested a withdrawal amount of Rs.9407.32 on 23rd July. In app it says the funds is been successfully credited but it never arrived to my bank account, even after sending bank statement and screen recording, each individual in customer support gives different answers, they are saying we got the UTR number for the payment and it is successful from their end which is not true.
I reached bank and called them multiple times, they are giving only answer. Until and unless they receive funds on the bank account, no information will be there and there is no funds received for the same, I kindly request you to look into this!
