I am experiencing a serious issue with 1xBet regarding withdrawals. I deposited funds into my account using GCash Direct E-Wallet, and according to the platform’s rules, withdrawals should be made using the same payment method. However, when I attempted to withdraw my funds, the GCash Direct option appeared unavailable (grayed out and unclickable) in the withdrawal list.
Some e-wallets are still displayed as available, but when I try to withdraw using any of those, my request is rejected by the operator, stating that I must use the same method I used for depositing (GCash Direct). The issue is that the GCash Direct withdrawal option is currently unavailable, and the only remaining withdrawal methods are cryptocurrencies, which makes it impossible for me to withdraw my funds.
It is also worth noting that Gcash direct and bank transfer remain available for deposits but not for withdrawals, which I believe is unfair and misleading to players.
Requested Solution:
Please restore the GCash Direct withdrawal option on my account or provide a valid alternative withdrawal method (other than cryptocurrency) so I can successfully withdraw my funds.
