I am writing to request urgent assistance regarding a withdrawal issue on the 1xBet application. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to complete a single withdrawal.
Details of the Issue:

Previous Withdrawals: Successfully processed via Instapay
Current Situation:
The only available withdrawal options on my account are Visa and Mastercard.
I have attempted withdrawals to my credit card multiple times over the past 5 days with varying amounts. Each attempt fails with the error message: “Declined by operator. (Payment processing error)” within 10–15 minutes.
Actions Taken:
Contacted the security department via my registered email approximately, as advised by the support team on chat, to request activation of Instapay as a withdrawal method.
Made deposits using Instapay to facilitate activation, but the option remains unavailable.
Despite repeated follow-ups on chat for the past week, the issue remains unresolved.
I am prepared to provide any necessary documentation to verify my case. Please prioritize resolving this matter, as I urgently need Instapay activated as a withdrawal method.

I can confirm that I was able to successfully complete a withdrawal of 1000 EGP using the We Pay wallet, and the transaction (no. 4505573999 at 03:34 PM) was processed successfully. This is a positive step, and I appreciate the efforts made to restore withdrawal functionality on my account.
However, InstaPay is still not available for withdrawals and continues to show the message that withdrawals must use the same deposit method, without allowing me to proceed.
InstaPay is my primary and most important payment method, and I kindly request its activation for withdrawals to ensure consistent and reliable access to my funds.
I would like to sincerely thank both AskGamblers and 1xBet for your cooperation and support in resolving this matter. I appreciate your assistance and I look forward to the full resolution of this issue.
