I made three separate withdrawals on April 11th, 2025, that were all "approved and completed " as shown on my account, but I never received the funds in my bank account.
I have gone back and forth with customer support via email and live chat and they have done nothing except for talk in circles saying well "wait 7 business days" and then "wait 14 business days" and the "we don't even see your request " even though I have provide all required documentation including my bank statement showing that my funds were never received. I'm devastated.
I can't afford to just lose a total of $15,900 just because 1Xbet decides to just run off with my money and show fake complete withdrawal requests.
My account ID# is 1210347699, and the reference numbers for each of my withdrawals are N⁰3437786783, N⁰3437788997, N⁰3437792625.
The customer support is useless.
