I made a deposit of 2000 MAD on January 14, 2026, to my 1xBet account (Request No: 11900887, Player ID: 1507940031).
The bank transfer was successfully executed, and I provided an official bank PDF confirmation showing the transaction status as “Executed”.
Despite this, the deposit has not been credited to my account, nor refunded, for more than 15 days.
I contacted 1xBet support, the processing department, and security multiple times. I only received automated replies asking for the same documents that were already provided. After sending a final notice and waiting more than 48 hours, I still received no clear response.
I request either immediate credit of my deposit or a full refund, and a clear written explanation for the delay.

The exact status of the transaction
Whether the funds were successfully delivered to the recipient
If not delivered, whether the amount will be automatically returned
Once you receive the bank’s official response, please provide it to us so we can proceed accordingly and finalize the review.
