Instead of resolving the missing deposit, you blocked my account citing "gambling addiction" without providing any evidence or explanation. I had not placed any bets for a long period before my account was blocked. On what basis was I classified as having a gambling addiction? Please provide the evidence or criteria used to reach this decision.
This still does not answer what happened to my ₹10,000.
