It has been over a 38 days, and my ₹22303 deposit is still stuck with 1xBet which I have paid at march 27 and still not deposited in my player account and I have provided my bank statement and transaction screenshot, video etc but still they are not solved my issues. Despite contacting customer support more than 100 times, I keep receiving the same copy-paste response: "We have sent your request to the corresponding specialist."
This is beyond frustrating! Every time I reach out, they just repeat the same scripted excuse, but nothing actually happens. My payment ticket is still either pending or in progress, with no real resolution. Is this how 1xBet treats its customers?
I previously wrote a review, and 1xBet replied, asking me to contact support. But what’s the point when their support staff is completely useless? They just stall and avoid responsibility. This is a disgraceful way to handle financial transactions!
1xBet, where is my money? Stop the delays and process my deposit immediately!
