Exactly 41 days ago, I invested 34 AZN (20 dollars) in 1xbet with a normal bank card.
I made the payment by entering my bank card information, but the money was taken out of my card, but not deposited into my 1xbet account.
I wrote to live support, and they said it would be deposited into the account within 1 hour. Then 24 hours, and now it's 41 days. I still don't have any money in my account.
The issue is not about the money, this live support and this site are making fun of people by playing on their nerves. I write every week, and they say your problem will be solved as soon as possible, but there is nothing. The number one site in terms of lies and false promises. How many customers have they victimized? The finance branch still does not deposit my money.
I have been betting for years, the money is instantly deposited into the account in all the other sites where I have invested with automatic card information, the system they work with has deceived them, and they blame us.
Nobody should play on this site; sooner or later, the site that stole my $20 will take your $2000. This is proof; look at the pictures. The live support line first told me don't worry, it will be deposited into the account within 24 hours.
Its been 41 days now.
