I deposited 1500 INR on 27 September 2025 through the Paytm payment section, and I paid successfully, but my deposit has still not been credited into my 1xbet account.
I contacted to support team on that day after 1 hour of waiting, but the support team closed my issue without resolving it.
It's been more than 2 weeks, and I still have not been credited to my 1xbet account nor refunded to my bank account.
Please, 1xBet global, resolve my issue.
Here I am providing all the details, along with the player ID and transaction details screenshot.
I am also providing a bank statement that shows that I did not receive the refund.
Hope that the 1xBet team helps me out and that AskGamblers accepts my form.

After checking with the payment provider, we have received confirmation that the deposit was unsuccessful. According to the provider’s response, if the funds have been debited from your account, you will need to contact your bank or wallet support directly to initiate a trace or refund request.
Unfortunately, since the transaction did not reach our system, we have no technical ability to credit or refund the amount from our side. Your bank or wallet service will be able to locate and return the funds once the issue is verified on their end.

The issue with 1xBet has not been resolved. I have not received any solution from them so far. Please keep the complaint open until the matter is properly addressed.
