Deposit not credited in 1xbet account even after repeated complaints and providing proof

I am writing to report an issue with a deposit that has not been credited to my account.
On February 25, 2026 at approximately 1.05 p.m, I made a deposit of 900 INR.
The funds have been successfully debited from my bank account, but they have not appeared in my 1xBet account balance after several hours. I have already tried contacting customer support via live chat and the ai chat but was disconnected twice without a resolution, they just said the query has been forwarded to a specialist team which I've been hearing since morning.
This is causing me significant inconvenience. Please investigate this issue immediately and credit the 900 INR to my account.
