I had made payment of Rs 15000 on 5th feb, but amount not credited into gaming account. Gaming I’d-571968425, query no-12724900, UTR no- 166383083264. I have attached supporting documents.
Kindly solve my issues as soon as possible. I have been contacting to customer care and they are repeatedly saying same thing that your case is under process.
