I am raising a formal complaint regarding a UPI deposit of ₹13,000 that was successfully debited from my bank account but not credited to my gaming account.
Despite the payment being marked as “Completed”, the amount has still not been credited, and there has been no proper resolution from the operator, even after multiple follow-ups.
